Rich connectivity (GbE, USB 2.0 with OTG PHY, CAN, SPI, I2C, UART), external DDR3/DDR3L/LPDDR2/LPDDR3 memory interfaces, graphics acceleration with LCD controller and HDMI-CEC, and security via ARM TrustZone. Packaged in a compact 361-ball 12 x 12 mm TFBGA for surface-mount designs. RoHS3 compliant.
