Sitara AM3351 family ARM Cortex-A8 application processor running at 600 MHz. Single core 32-bit with NEON SIMD. Integrated LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L memory controllers. On-chip peripherals include 10/100/1000 Ethernet MAC, USB 2.0 with integrated PHY, LCD and touchscreen controllers, multimedia co-processing, and hardware security with cryptography and random number generator. RoHS3 compliant. Supplied in a compact 298-ball nFBGA 13 x 13 mm package for surface-mount designs. I/O voltages 1.8 V and 3.3 V. Operating junction temperature 0 to 90°C. Series Sitara.
