Rds(on) max 380 mΩ at 3.2 A, 13 V. Continuous drain current 9.9 A at 25°C (Tc). Power dissipation up to 73 W at case. Gate charge 24.8 nC at 10 V. Input capacitance 584 pF at 100 V. Operating junction temperature -55°C to +150°C. Part of the CoolMOS series designed for high-voltage, high-efficiency applications.
