Detailed Description

N-channel 600 V MOSFET from Infineon’s CoolMOS CP series. TO-220-3 FullPak package (insulated tab), through-hole mounting. Designed for high-efficiency hard-switching power supplies and PFC stages. Max continuous drain current 21 A (Tc), max Rds(on) 165 mΩ at 10 V, low gate charge for fast switching and reduced losses. RoHS3 compliant.
