16-bit I2C/SMBus I/O expander for adding GPIO to a host MCU or MPU. Operates at 400 kHz bus speed over a 2.3–5.5 V supply. Push-pull outputs, interrupt output, and power-on reset for stable startup. Wide 24-SOIC (7.50 mm body) surface-mount package. Industrial temperature range -40°C to 85°C. Base family PCA9535. Stock on hand: 8,380 units (subject to change).
