High-voltage hot swap controller for negative rails (ideal for -48V systems). Operates from -80V to -9V. Uses an external N-channel MOSFET to control inrush current and protect the load from faults. Latched-fault version (-1) turns off and stays off after a fault until reset. Compact 10-VSSOP package. Programmable thresholds and timing for UVLO, OVP, current limit, circuit breaker, and fault timeout. One channel. Low supply current (typ ~2 mA). Industrial temperature range -40°C to 125°C.
