Integrated LCD controller, DMA, ADC, data flash/EEPROM, LIN, UART/USART, CSI, PWM, watchdog, low-voltage detection, power-on reset, and internal oscillator. -40°C to +105°C ambient operation. 42 general-purpose I/O lines. Supplied in trays. RoHS3 compliant.
