16-bit RL78/G13 microcontroller with 96 KB Flash and 8 KB RAM in a 64-LFQFP 10 x 10 mm package. Up to 32 MHz performance, 48 configurable I/O, wide 1.6–5.5 V supply, internal oscillator, and rich peripherals.
