Detailed Description

Microprocessor reset supervisor IC for power monitoring and brownout protection. MIC811 variant provides an active low, push-pull reset output. The L threshold option is intended for 5 V systems (commonly around 4.63 V in industry coding, check the datasheet for the exact threshold for this ordering code). Compact SOT-143 4‑pin package. Very low supply current. No external components required.
