Detailed Description

8-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register with storage (latch) and tri-state bus outputs in a 16-pin TSSOP package. Wide supply range (2 V to 6 V), extended temperature (-55°C to +125°C), RoHS3 compliant. Designed for easy cascading via serial out (Q7’), separate shift and storage clocks, and an active-low reset.
