Integrated analog front end for metering and precision sensing with 4 x 24-bit sigma-delta converters and 8-channel 10-bit ADC. Rich peripherals including LCD driver, DMA, PWM, watchdog, brown-out detect, and multiple serial interfaces. Operates at 1.8 V to 3.6 V. -40 to 85 Celsius ambient. Package is 100-pin LQFP 14 x 14 mm, supplied in Tape and Reel.
