Ultra-compact 3.3 V fixed-output low dropout (LDO) linear regulator, 150 mA, single channel, positive output, enable control, protections for over current, over temperature, and short circuit. Housed in a tiny 5-ball DSBGA for space-critical designs. RoHS3 compliant. Operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C.
