Low-dropout linear voltage regulator, fixed 3.1 V output, up to 150 mA load, single-channel, positive regulator with enable control. Ultra-compact 5-ball DSBGA package (1.41 mm x 1.08 mm) for space-constrained designs. Wide input up to 6 V, strong PSRR (about 50 dB at 1 kHz and 40 dB at 10 kHz). Built-in protection: over-current, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit. Industrial temperature range -40°C to +125°C. RoHS3 compliant and lead-free (NOPB).
