Detailed Description

Adjustable positive linear voltage regulator delivering up to 1.5 A in a surface-mount DDPAK TO-263-3 package. Input up to 37 V, adjustable output from 1.25 V to 37 V with two external resistors. Strong protection features include overcurrent, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection. PSRR is 64 dB at 120 Hz. Quiescent current typically 10 mA. Operating temperature 0 to 125 C. RoHS3 compliant. Available in Tape and Reel for automated assembly. Base device family LM317
