5 A synchronous step-down (buck) DC-DC regulator from the PowerWise family. Operates from 2.95 V to 5.5 V input rails and generates an adjustable positive output from 0.8 V to 4.68 V. Switching frequency is settable from 260 kHz to 750 kHz for easy EMI and size optimization. Integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs in a compact 16-HTSSOP (PowerTSSOP) with exposed pad for better thermal performance. Industrial junction temperature range -40°C to +125°C. RoHS3 compliant and NOPB (lead-free).
