LM1117IMP-1.8/NOPB is a fixed 1.8 V, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator rated up to 800 mA. It comes in a compact SOT-223 package for surface-mount assembly. Dropout is about 1.2 V at full load, making it ideal for stepping 3.3 V rails down to 1.8 V. The device includes internal current limit and thermal shutdown for protection. Lead-free NOPB finish.
