Detailed Description

8-bit AVR microcontroller with 64KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, and 2KB EEPROM. Integrates LCD controller, 8-channel 10-bit ADC, multiple timers with PWM, watchdog, brown-out detect and reset, and power-on reset. Runs up to 16 MHz. Operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V across -40 to 85°C ambient. Provides 54 general-purpose I/O. Communication interfaces include SPI, UART or USART, and USI. Internal oscillator available, external crystal supported. Packaged in 64-pin TQFP 14 x 14 mm, supplied in Tape and Reel. Part of the AVR ATmega series. RoHS3 compliant.
