2 Kbit (256-byte) I2C serial EEPROM from the Microchip 24LC02B family. Industrial temperature grade. SOP-8 package. Non-volatile memory for storing small configuration data, IDs, calibration values, and parameters. Uses a two-wire I2C bus, supports Standard and Fast-mode operation. Includes hardware Write-Protect and address pins for up to eight devices on the same bus.
