Triple inverter gate IC in ultra-small 8-DSBGA (1.9 x 0.9 mm) for space-constrained designs. Operates across 1.65 V to 5.5 V. Three independent inverters with strong drive (±32 mA) and fast switching. Wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. Surface-mount, tape-and-reel packaging. RoHS3 compliant.
