Dual-channel low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator with two fixed 2.8 V outputs, 150 mA per channel. Ultra-compact 8-DSBGA (1.56 x 1.56 mm) for space-constrained designs. Wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C). Positive output configuration with enable control and robust protections. ROHS3 compliant, lead-free NOPB.
