Quad SPDT analog switch (4 x 1:2) with very low on-resistance in a tiny 3 x 3 mm 16-QFN package with exposed pad. Operates from a single 1.65 V to 3.6 V supply. Delivers fast switching (Ton/Toff 17 ns/14 ns max), very low leakage (3 nA max), low charge injection (-82 pC), and excellent channel isolation and crosstalk (-98 dB at 100 kHz). Suited for precision signal routing over the full operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. RoHS3 compliant and supplied on tape and reel for high-volume SMT assembly.
