Smart, compact 6 A power-path switch for portable and USB powered systems. Operates from 1.6 V to 5.5 V and manages safe, efficient power delivery between an input source and the system or battery rail. Integrates intelligent control of inrush and load disconnect, reverse current blocking behavior, and fault handling to protect both source and load. Tiny 20 bump wafer level package sized about 1.63 mm by 2.05 mm fits space constrained mobile designs. Suited for smartphones and other battery powered electronics operating from ambient temperatures of minus 40 to plus 85 degrees Celsius
