Detailed Description

Two-channel multi-voltage supervisor IC that monitors two supply rails and asserts reset when a fault is detected. Compact 8-lead TDFN/WDFN package with exposed pad, 3 mm x 3 mm body, RoHS3 compliant. Active-low reset, open-drain or open-collector outputs, adjustable or selectable threshold options, very fast reset timeout under 1 ms minimum. Designed for surface-mount assembly and wide ambient temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Base product family MAX16010. Available quantity 2200 units in tube packaging.
