Secondary-side synchronous rectifier controller and driver for flyback and related power supplies. Replaces the secondary diode with a driven MOSFET to cut conduction losses and boost efficiency. Wide supply up to 35 V, robust operation from -40 to 125 C, and surface-mount 8-DFN with exposed pad for better thermal performance. Designed to sense the rectifier MOSFET and switch it optimally to avoid reverse current, false turn-on, and ringing. Ideal for DCM and quasi-resonant flyback designs used in adapters, chargers, LED drivers, and auxiliary rails.
