Single-channel, general-purpose CMOS op amp with rail-to-rail output in an ultra-small SC-70-5 (SOT-353) package. Wide supply range (2.7 V to 5.5 V), low supply current (~600 µA typ), fast 3.5 MHz GBW, and 1.4 V/µs slew rate make it ideal for sensor signal conditioning, buffering ADC inputs, active filters, and low-power instrumentation.
