Reinforced capacitive isolation rated 5700 Vrms, fast 3 A source/3 A sink peak drive, wide output-side supply range 13–25 V, and high immunity to dV/dt. Optimized for driving high-side or low-side MOSFETs/IGBTs, including SiC MOSFETs that need higher gate voltages. Wide-body 16-lead PG-DSO-16-28 package for safety creepage/clearance. RoHS3 compliant, UL and VDE approved. Surface-mount. Operating temperature -40°C to +125°C.
