As the largest foundry in the world, TSMC has in fact confirmed that the US Department of Commerce has contacted TSMC customers to ensure the safety of military chip supply. It hopes TSMC will go to the US to produce chips, and TSMC is mainly evaluating cost issues.

It is understood that the Nanjing plant currently has a monthly capacity of 10,000 pieces. It is expected to increase 5,000 pieces in the second half of the year and another 5,000 pieces next year.
